Watermelon
Watermelon is a strategic agricultural product in Iran, widely produced and exported to Iraq, UAE, Russia, Turkey, and Persian Gulf countries. Popular varieties include Mahbubi, Crimson Sweet, Charleston Gray, and Yellow Watermelon. This company alone exports hundreds to thousands of tons of watermelon annually.

Orange
One of Iran’s most important citrus fruits, grown in Mazandaran, Gilan (north), and Fars, Kerman (south). Major commercial varieties include Thomson Navel, Valencia, Beiruti, Blood Orange, and Southern Local Oranges. Iran exports oranges mainly to Russia, Iraq, UAE, and Armenia. Besides fresh consumption, oranges have a strong market in the juice and concentrate industries.

Kiwi
ran is a major kiwi producer in the region, with cultivation concentrated in Mazandaran and Gilan. The leading commercial variety is Hayward (Green Kiwi), exported to Russia, India, UAE, Turkey, and Pakistan. Due to its long shelf life and proper packaging, kiwi has excellent export potential. Annually, thousands of tons of sorted, washed, and packaged kiwis from cold storage facilities are supplied to target markets.

Apple
Iran is a top exporter of apples, primarily grown in West Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Fars, and Hamedan. Major varieties include Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Green Apple, Gala, and Fuji Apple. Export destinations include Russia, India, Pakistan, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Apples are sold both fresh and processed (juice, puree, vinegar).

Banana
Bananas are not domestically grown in Iran and are entirely imported, mainly from India, Ecuador, the Philippines, and Turkey. The most common commercial types include Cavendish Banana (the most widely consumed globally), Pakistani Banana (smaller in size), and Filipino Banana. Bananas are a key imported commodity with high domestic demand.
